Our Process

• Step 1 – Site Assessment: Our project manager visits both the current and new office to evaluate access points, elevator capacity, parking, and layout. A detailed floor plan for the new office is created.
• Step 2 – Move Plan & Timeline: A comprehensive move plan is prepared with department-wise phasing, timelines, and contingency provisions. The plan is shared with your team for approval.
• Step 3 – Pre-Move Preparation: Packing supplies and labelled crates are delivered to your office in advance. Employees pack personal desk items; our crew handles everything else.
• Step 4 – Moving Day Execution: The move is executed in phases—IT infrastructure first, followed by furniture, files, and pantry items. A supervisor is present on-site at all times.
• Step 5 – Setup at New Office: Furniture is placed per the floor plan, IT equipment is reconnected, and each department’s items are delivered to the correct zone using the colour-coded system.
• Step 6 – Handover & Sign-Off: A joint walkthrough with your facilities team confirms everything is in place. Any punch-list items are resolved within 24 hours.

Weekend & Night Shifting

We understand your business cannot afford to pause during weekdays. That’s why SwiftShift offers dedicated weekend and overnight shifting slots. Our crew can begin work on Friday evening and have your new office set up and ready for work by Monday morning, subject to the scope of the move.
